With approximately 280 products available for discount, members are encouraged to browse the document attached and refer to the Oakley website for images of products by entering the product code (found in Column B of the excel document) in the search bar.

How to Access

  1. Browse products on the Oakley website and crosscheck excel document attached to see if discount is available by referring to the product code (found in Column B of order form below) or

Note: There is a Ray-Ban/Meta tab that show Ray-Ban and Ray-Ban Meta styles you can purchase as well.

Any additional units found on Oakley.com or Rayban.com that aren't included in the order form can be requested depending on availability.

  1. Fill in your details and highlight the product you would like to order, adding the quantity in Column F*
  2. Save the order form as an excel document titled: YourLastName_Month_Year_PANSW
  3. Email the Excel document to the IOC which will confirm receipt of your order**
  4. Your membership will be verified by PANSW staff and your order processed with Luxottica (the sunglasses provide)

*Limit of 4 units per person per calendar year
