The aims of the Police Association of NSW are to protect and advance the interests of members in terms of wages, working conditions, and the nature of duties performed. The greatest achievements of the PANSW are won through our collectivism which has ensured that we are recognised as being one of the most powerful unions in the country. Through our organising, we mobilise our members to directly lobby local politicians and campaign for industrial entitlements, legislative changes and raise any issues that directly affect the lives of Police in NSW.
