Free Basic Will Service
Everyone over the age of 18 should have a will. This is the
only way of ensuring that your assets are distributed the way you plan. If you die without
a will your estate must be divided according to the law, regardless of how much hardship
and distress this may cause your family or intended beneficiaries. You owe it to yourself
and your family to have a will that is up-to-date and that provides adequate protection
for them.
A will requires careful planning and should be
professionally drawn up and it should be renewed from time to time if circumstances in
your life change.
As a financial ordinary member of the Police Association a free basic will
service is available through our panel of solicitors. Should you wish to utilise this service, contact the Administrative Services division for a
letter of introduction to our panel solicitors.
