On 30 June 2008 members of a Senior Constable’s family were tragically killed at Cowra in central west NSW. The officer is considered a valuable team member of the Parkes Police and was also seriously injured in the same incident. Members of the NSW Police Force and the community are invited to make donations to any Westpac Bank branch or via Internet transfer. All donations will be forwarded to her to assist her during this emotional time and will be gratefully received.
